Not every mark is the same
Coffee, mud, food, dye transfer and old cleaning residues all behave differently. Some marks can be removed very successfully while others may have permanently changed the fibre or colour. We prefer to set realistic expectations rather than promise every stain will vanish.
Tell us what happened if you know
When sending your enquiry, include what caused the stain, roughly how old it is and whether any products have already been applied. That information can be useful when planning the clean.
Stain treatment starts with the history of the mark
Knowing whether a mark came from coffee, food, mud, dye, pet contamination or an unknown source can help when selecting treatment. Previous DIY products also matter because residues may alter how the stain behaves. If you know what caused the mark, how long it has been present or what has already been applied, include that information with the main cleaning enquiry.
Improvement is the goal, not an unrealistic guarantee
Some stains sit on the fibre and respond extremely well; others permanently change the colour or structure of the material. Heat, bleaching agents and repeated household treatments can also set or alter a stain. We therefore treat suitable marks carefully and explain the likely outcome, but we do not advertise guaranteed removal of every stain regardless of age, chemistry or carpet condition.
