Concrete is not all the same
A smooth sealed commercial floor behaves differently from bare porous concrete. Understanding the existing finish is important both for cleaning performance and for protecting the surface.
Useful for mixed commercial premises
If a premises includes concrete together with carpets or other hard floors, list every area in the same commercial enquiry so the quotation can cover the complete job.
Concrete can hold more contamination than it appears to
Concrete and similar mineral floors can be porous, textured or previously sealed, which changes how dirt, grease and cleaning solution behave on the surface. Inspection helps establish whether the floor is bare, coated or damaged and whether machine agitation is suitable. The objective is to remove bonded soil while respecting the existing surface rather than simply flooding the area with strong detergent.
Suitable for selected commercial and hard-wearing areas
Concrete floor cleaning is commonly relevant where a durable floor sees repeated foot traffic or operational use. Tell us what the area is used for, approximate size, access arrangements and the type of contamination you are concerned about. If the same premises also contains carpets or other hard floors, those areas can be included in the same commercial cleaning enquiry.
