What affects the final carpet-cleaning result?
Fibre type, pile construction, previous cleaning products, age, wear and the kind of soil present can all change how a carpet responds. A heavily used walkway may not clean in exactly the same way as an infrequently used bedroom. That is why we inspect first, set realistic expectations and select the treatment around the actual carpet rather than promising that every mark will disappear.
Preparing for your carpet-cleaning appointment
Before the visit, remove small loose items and anything fragile from the rooms being cleaned. If furniture needs moving, mention it in the enquiry so the scope is clear before the quotation is accepted. After cleaning, airflow and sensible room temperature normally help the carpet dry more efficiently, and we will explain when the cleaned areas are ready for normal use.
